Took almost 3 weeks to arrive.. Very nice piece.. Fits the description. Got it to hang it on a newborn's clothes, it has a long arm where the pointy end is (where it opens) and it is perfect to hang withought worring of opening by mistake and sticking the baby. Didn't have to contact the seller. Recommend both the piece and the seller.
